How it works:

Your £20 Christmas Gift will be added to the balance on your Club Individual card or app for you to use until 11pm on Wednesday 30th December 2020. If your gift remains unused it will be removed from your balance on 31st December 2020. Points can be used on all our menu items, all day, every day, across our collection Gino D’Acampo restaurants.

When does this gift run until?

Your £20 Christmas Gift will remain on your Club Individual card until 11pm on 30th December 2020.

 

Can the gift be redeemed on delivery and collection orders?

No, I’m afraid not. The gift does not apply to any collection or delivery orders

 

Do I need my Club Individual card or app to collect or redeem my points?

Yes.

However, if you have lost your card please either take a copy of the email you received which shows your card number to any of our restaurants. You may print this mail or simply show it on your phone. You will be issued with a new card and all your rewards will be transferred from your old card to your new one. It will also automatically register you for the £20 Christmas Gift which will be available to use between until 30th December 2020

I forgot to register for my gift prior to my visit- can I have the points retrospectively?

Unfortunately not- please make sure you have registered before your visit.

 

Where can I check my points?

Log on to your VIP page by clicking here. Your standard points will appear on your statement as normal and the extra points will appear on your promotional points statement (within 48 hours). Both will be combined to form your total balance.

 

Do these points count towards Black Card status?

No, however your standard points will.

 

Do I need my Club Individual card to collect or redeem my points?

Yes.

 

How do I redeem the points of my £20 Christmas Gift?

Simply present your card when you settle your bill and ask for the value to be deducted from your bill. Please be aware that if you redeem you cannot claim points on the same bill.

 

I’m a new member will I still be able to redeem one of my £10 Welcome Dining Gifts?

No, unfortunately not. This special gift cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any Welcome Dining Gifts.  Members cannot redeem points and claim points on the same bill.

 

I am a new Partner card member – can I take part in this reward?

Yes. Please claim this reward on ‘your rewards’ page on your app.
Please note – Gold cards, Iceland, Next and Boutinot cards are not eligible for this Christmas Gift.

 

I am an Ambassador cardholder (Piccolino Heddon Street only), Iceland/ Next/Boutinot/ Gold cardholder, can I take part in this reward?

You are not eligible for our Christmas Gift but you can still enjoy all your current membership benefits.
