Ciao Summer!

Sun drenched days stretching out in front of you, it’s my favourite time of year. It reminds me of the Italian sun and sneaking Gelatos on the harbour front of Naples.

Every season I sit with my Executive Chefs to create a menu of not just crowd pleasing classics, but also dishes that have been inspired by my many travels and what’s in season. My Head Executive Chef then handpicks our suppliers to ensure we are getting the finest vegetables, herbs and fruits from here in the UK and Italia, all bursting with incredible flavours.
